Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This time allows us to perform final quality checks and coordinate with our specialised fulfillment partners to ensure your items is ready for its journey.

Please note: If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.

  • Customs & Logistics: While most orders arrive promptly, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier peak periods, or unforeseen weather events. We appreciate your patience as we bring these hand-picked items to your door.

Shipping Rate

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.50 NZD on all orders, regardless of order size or quantity.

No matter how many puzzles or sniffing mats you add to your pack's collection, your shipping remains one flat fee.

Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for every order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for the tracking information to update as it enters the international shipping system. You can track your order directly or email us at enquire@thinkypets.store for an update.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, or holidays.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as final delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
